Project overview
A two-story, 45,000 SF addition expands the Grandview Christian School campus with 17 learning spaces, offices, assembly and support areas. The project also adds modern building systems, coordinated site improvements, and a community tornado shelter.
Scope highlights
- Community tornado shelter designed to 2023 ICC 500 requirements
- New classrooms, vocational spaces, assembly and support areas, restrooms, and circulation
- New fire sprinkler, fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Site grading, utilities, sidewalks, paving, landscaping, and parking coordination
